Our Story
Our journey began when I immigrated to Australia together with my husband and two children aged 5 & 2 in March 2009. We lived in Melbourne for nine months before moving to Northwest, Sydney in Dec 2009.
We started looking to buy a house of our own soon after we arrived in Sydney. We then realised that the process here was very different to what we knew, so we sought help from a Mortgage Broker we knew at the time whilst living in Melbourne. House hunting is indeed a tedious process and it is not at all easy to find a house you would want to call “Home”. With the assistance of the Mortgage Broker, we finally settled on buying a block of land at The Ponds in NSW to build our family home. She guided us through every step of the process, explained the industry jargon and made us comfortable with the buying process by answering all our questions, no matter how silly it may have sounded. We would have been lost without her guidance.
After going through the home buying process, I felt that I could do the same to help other new migrants bridge the knowledge gap and guide them with purchasing their own home. Having your own home in a new country provides one with an all-important sense of belonging that is so critical for adapting to life in a new country. I can certainly relate to that as I have been through that process myself.
I began my mortgage broking journey in June 2010 as a broker with Aussie Home Loans but took a step back after 6 months to become an assistant to an established Mortgage Broker. I knew at the time that there was a lot more for me to learn before I could provide useful advice and guidance to customers. Looking back, I’m glad I took that step as I was then given an opportunity to deal with customers and do what a Mortgage Broker would do whilst under the guidance and supervision of an experienced broker.
When was Aussie Mortgage Partners founded?
Aussie Mortgage Partners was founded in January 2014. Since its inception, I have been able to help many first home buyers with their home loans. Many of them are now also investors. With the ever-changing mortgage and real estate landscape, it is critically important to have someone look after you and help navigate you through the purchasing process and find you the right product that fits your needs.

I will crunch the numbers for you and provide advice on your borrowing capacity as well as the amount of deposit required. I will walk you through the entire process step by step if you are a first home buyer and I will find you the right loan features to suit your personal circumstances. I will also do the same if you are an existing homeowner or an investor looking to re-structure your current loans.
Communication is of paramount importance to me and hence you can be rest assured that every stage of the loan process is clearly communicated to you. You will also receive regular updates on your application, and I am happy to address your questions or concerns at any time throughout this process.
